PayBridgeNP’s docs, SDKs and blog all describe the same product. In June 2026 a review found connectIPS listed as available in six blog posts, though it wasn’t live. Refund guides told merchants to use Refund buttons inside WooCommerce and Shopify that don’t exist; refunds are done in the PayBridgeNP dashboard.
A docs review in July found more. The biggest group of mistakes was TypeScript examples calling SDK functions that don’t exist. One webhook event the API sends was missing from the SDK’s list of events.
The checks#
After the June review I added a check for providers. One list in the code says which providers are live, and the check fails if the docs or the blog show a different provider as available. A second check fails if a code sample uses an SDK function that doesn’t exist.
There are a few more like these, for things such as version numbers and webhook events. They run before every push and again in CI.
Their limits#
The example check only confirms that a function exists; it doesn’t run the example. The provider check trusts one list, which someone still has to update. And if the docs and the code are wrong in the same way, nothing flags it.
