Using this website
The writing, code and images on this site belong to Nepali Mind Private Limited unless a post says otherwise. You’re welcome to quote them and link to them with credit. Code in posts is an example, so check it before you use it in production.
Every post is dated, and what it describes may have changed since. Corrections are added as dated notes. We link to other sites, but we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they say.
Working with us
Before any client work starts, we agree the scope, price, timeline and payment terms in writing. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement applies.
If the requirements aren’t settled, we start with a short paid discovery phase, and the quote is based on what we find. At launch, the code, the domain and the project’s accounts are handed over to you. Ongoing support is optional and agreed separately.
Liability
This website and its content are provided as they are, without any guarantee. Liability for client work is set out in each project’s written agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
