How I work
I plan for what happens when a payment fails, times out or is reported twice, not only when everything goes right. Your team also gets notes on what to check when an order looks wrong.
Questions people ask
What does eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay integration usually cost?
Usually NPR 25,000–60,000: about NPR 25,000 for one provider on an existing site, more for several providers or a custom order flow. Transaction fees, and any setup fee a provider charges, go to the provider, not to me.
Do I need a merchant account first?
Yes. Payments settle into your own merchant account with each provider. I’ll tell you what each one asks for, so the paperwork doesn’t hold up the build.
What happens if a payment fails or is reported twice?
Each case gets its own handling and is tested with sandbox data before launch, so an order’s status follows what the provider actually confirmed.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Often, yes. I first check what their APIs allow. That tells us what can be connected reliably and where another approach would work better.
