How I work

We agree up front what I look after, how you send requests, and how much work a normal month includes. Bigger changes get their own quote.

Questions people ask

What does monthly care usually cost?

Most plans come to NPR 8,000–20,000 a month, depending on how much work a normal month includes. We write that down before the plan starts.

Can you look after a site you didn’t build?

Often, yes. I first review the code, hosting, access and documentation, then suggest a plan that fits what I find.

What does a normal month include?

We write it down at the start: software updates, a set amount of content changes or small fixes, and checks on forms and checkout.

What if something breaks at night?

Standard plans cover working hours, and response times are written into the plan, so you know what to expect before anything goes wrong.
